Trademark dispute Ecotours

Today, our trademark dispute comes to an end, and the travel industry wins. Back in July 2007, we Wind Birds complained against a possible trademark registration. We appealed against the registration of Ecotours. At that time, we submitted a complain based on the principle that ecotours is a name not able to be registered. As all of you out there know, Ecotours refers to ecotourism tours, making it a trademark would block the development and growth of the travel industry.Trademark application for ecotours has been declined by INPI, and all future applications will be refused.
