Auto Reference

Since March 5, we introduced auto-reference tag on bookings and contacts. This is a new improvement in the way we communicate with customer. This now help to aggregate all communication via a simple alphanumeric 4 characters string. All bookings should contain a string (e.g. ref XXXX) in the subject.
