Madeira Catastrophe: Casus Fortuitus #tempmad

The news are horrible and we have foreseen such event in our terms and conditions.

Effective immediately all services are suspended. Land services will be established from February 24. Sea services are suspended till March 6. Swimming with dolphins is suspended till March 15 due hazard floating objects and risk of infection.

Our terms and condition:
"We may have to cancel your tour in the event of unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside our control (i.e. casus fortuitus): for example, technical problems with the boat or van, government action, war or threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, riot, natural or man-made disaster, disease outbreak, or severe weather conditions. In the event that we have to cancel a tour/trip due to circumstances outside our control we shall refund you."

All customer that have trips within this dates should reconfirm. Our advice is that you postpone any trips towards Madeira by at least a fortnight.
