This week was great. We released two birds into the wild. Two juveniles Madeiran Storm-Petrels Oceanodroma castro, one in Lugar de Baixo, last Friday, and another in Reis Magos, Caniço, today Sunday. First bird was captured in Funchal, the second in Porto Santo. We know there is a big translocation of one of the birds, but the recovery process had to be done in Madeira.
