This week, we started to monitor real time usage of Birds & Birdwatching.
We knew we had good numbers, but never believed 208 simultaneous live users.
This an astonishing number and is truly gratifying.

We received this water color as a gift from John Durdin, who was in Madeira with us on the terrible 20th February 2010, who received this funny cartoon from his artist friend Graham Ward. We here thank them both and we really like the 'fun' taken out of that stressful Honeyguide week... Nothing to do with the group, on the contrary, they were very nice and joyful but for us guides... There were landslides all over and we just wanted to show them the beauties of Madeira in the safest way... It seems like we did it and now, for all other thinking about coming to Madeira, do come as you will hardly see any signs of destruction anymore!
